Rates & How to book
Out of Season:
R170 per adult per night and R80 per child under 13.(PLEASE NOTE: Because of the size of the cottage (can sleep 11) there is a minimum unit rate of R700 per night if there are 4 or less than 4 adults. More than 4 adults then the rate is as above.)
In Season:
R200 per adult per night and R100 per child under 13.
High Season:
(EASTER, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SEASON) – We have a flat unit rate of R1600 per night for the Farm House whether you are 5, 8 or 10 people.INQUIRE FOR ANY SPECIALS RUNNING by EMAIL to: kim.wyndham@gmail.com

Bookings are only secured once you have paid a 50% deposit. The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival or via EFT the week before your arrival date.
For large bookings a breakage deposit of R500 is required. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the house has been inspected and no damage has been found.
