We offer Self-Catering Holiday Accommodation for those that enjoy nature and would like to experience living on a farm surrounded by large open space. 

Beach-Haven Cottage located on a beach-side farm just before Elands Bay and offers accommodation for those wishing to escape it all and have a relaxed and informal holiday. 

The farm house is nestling below a dune and features 5 large bedrooms, all with bedding and towels provided, as well as a large living area. 

Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other bedroom has a single bed and double bunk. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with ample seating space and leads into the kitchen which has all the modern facilities including cutlery and crockery.  

The lounge has French doors that lead you out onto a patio and a walkway that will take you over the dune to the beach.  The house also has an indoor braai/fireplace in the separate dining room as well as an outdoor braai area under the trees on the lawn.  For those that can't be too far from what's happening, the lounge is equipped with a TV and DSTV. There are two bathrooms, one has a bath, toilet and basin and the other has a shower, basin and toilet.

The farm house is in a peaceful environment with plenty of bird, animal and marine life. From sugar birds, bat-eared foxes to spotting wild buck at sunset or early morning when going for a leisurely walk on the farm. Experience endless beach walks watching seals, whales and dolphins and enjoying the magnificent sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

From the front of the cottage you have majestic views of the mountains and fynbos that go on for miles around you. The property is fenced in with large green lawn and indigenous vegetation in front which flows to meet the fynbos after the fence. At the back of the cottage there is a wooden walkway which leads you over the dune to the beach. 

At night the sky becomes a stargazer’s dream and one is able to clearly see the Milky Way and the various star constellations as well as satellites orbiting the earth.
